Who We Are

We run influencer campaigns for some of the biggest brands and creators on the planet. Think: rosters full of creators, big budgets, and projects that move fast. We need someone sharp, reliable, and detail-obsessed to help keep everything organized behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping with emails and basic communication

• Organizing tasks and keeping track of priorities

• Simple online research when needed

• Working with Google Sheets / Excel (lists, tables, basic formatting)

• Using ChatGPT to draft messages or summaries

• General admin support to make daily work easier

What We’re Looking For

Excel/Google Sheets skills (you don’t need to be a wizard, but sorting, filtering, and formatting should be second nature)

Detail freak – spelling mistakes, messy data, missing emails? Not on your watch.

Independent worker – we don’t want to babysit you.

Solid English writing/reading skills.

Based in the Ukraine + willing to work Amsterdam hours.

Bonus if you’ve worked as a VA or done influencer research before.
